PIERRE'S IS A MUST GO TO WHEN IN THE KEYS! Absolutely love this restaurant... starting with the relaxing ambiance, the delicious food, and the beautiful scenery! The hostess, Sandra, is always so welcoming and the staff is always delightful. Have been coming here for the past 2 years and never had a bad experience. Pierre’s is the crown jewel of Islamorada restaurants, offering sophisticated cuisine in an unsurpassed setting. We have dined here twice in the last month - the first time for this month’s full moon party and this evening for a friend’s birthday dinner. We went on Easter. They had a fixed menu with three entrees for a set price of $120 each. This wasn’t advertised even they confirmed that. When asked if we can order from their regular menu the answer was this is the only menu. Gratuity was included although it was scratched out on the receipt. We had two kids with us and although they had a kids menu it wasn’t offered to us. Probably because the waitress wanted the $240 for the kids so her tip that was included would be much higher than if she had given us the kids menu. The food was ok at best. The table behind us was obnoxious loud fighting, crying, using foul language. The waitress didn’t offer to move us or them. When asked about the tip being scratched out that was by mistake. They are trying to take advantage of people on vacation knowing they won’t be coming back. I called three times asking for a manager to call me. No one has. Please don’t fall in the same trap we did. read more
