Went to the bar and ordered some things to take outside to watch the sunset. Blake brought out our wine and then came back and wiped our seats off because they where wet. He was the sweetest! My friend and I loved him. We ordered some apps and he brought those out for us as well. It was a close walk. The tuna was okay not quite what I expected but the flatbread was good. The first night was with a reservation we made in advance and we were given a beautiful table overlooking the water on the upper veranda. The next night we wanted to go back but we didn’t have a reservation, so we tried our luck at finding a seat on the beach in front and eating from the bar menu. We were lucky and had a wonderful experience twice. I left one of my cherished jackets at the restaurant and didn’t realize it until we left Islamorada. One of the managers, Sandra, was kind enough to take the time to mail my jacket back to me even though it was one of the busiest times of the year for the restaurant. Beautiful food, setting, sunset and lovely people. read less
